Terms of Collaboration

1. Nature of Collaboration

This is a passion-driven, non-paid creative collaboration. Purple Shutter provides artistic direction, a professional shoot setup, and polished post-production.

The Collaborator joins voluntarily, with the understanding that this is not a paid gig or an employment arrangement. For professional and respectful communication, the Collaborator - whether female or male - will be referred to as “Sister” or “Brother,” maintaining healthy boundaries regardless of age differences. The collaboration requires the comfort of both parties, and all interactions shall uphold fundamental morals and mutual respect.

2. Purpose

Each session is designed to craft cinematic portraits aligned with a central theme. Both parties may use the final images for self-promotion and portfolio display — strictly non-commercial unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Deliverables

• One creatively defined theme
• One on-location shoot session
• Professionally edited final images
• Delivery via private digital album within 10–15 days

Note: Raw or unedited images are not shared unless specifically agreed upon.

4. Usage Rights

Purple Shutter retains full copyright of all images. Collaborators receive a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to share images for:

• Personal branding
• Social media content
• Portfolio showcasing

Proper credit (@PurpleShutter) must be included when posting.

5. Conduct & Collaboration Ethics

We value professionalism, punctuality, and creativity. Participants must adhere to the shoot's concept and be open to styling and posing guidance. Unprofessional behavior may result in removal from the collaboration.

6. Confidentiality & Image Use

Behind-the-scenes media may be shared by Purple Shutter. Collaborators agree to allow promotional use of selected images for exhibitions, reels, or marketing.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide 48-hour notice for cancellations. Purple Shutter may reschedule due to weather, location issues, or artistic direction adjustments.

8. Liability

While we prioritize safety and respect, Purple Shutter is not liable for personal items, injuries, or damages during the shoot.

9. Agreement

By participating, you confirm that you've read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Collaboration.
